Personality is the foundation of the human experience.
Personality is the foundation of the human experience. It shapes how we connect, communicate, and move through the world. But for so many of us it’s a difficult journey figuring out who we are at the core.

It was really while I studied psychology and business at NYU thatI realized how deeply self-awareness influences everything—our relationships, careers, and overall sense of alignment. Still, like a lot of people, I thought personal development was something you had to do alone.

But growth doesn’t happen in a vacuum.

Once I started sharing my self-work, talking about it, and inviting others into it—I saw how much more powerful it became. It wasn’t just about becoming a “better” version of myself; it was about becoming more me—in community.

That’s why I created Personality &.

This is a space for people who want to live more intentionally. A space for self-aware young professionals and creatives to grow, connect, and be real—with themselves and each other. Through our events, content, and conversations, we explore who we are, what we value, and how to build lives that feel aligned.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
And you don’t have to shrink to fit into rooms that weren’t built for your full self.

You just need space.
Hopefully this can be that space.
