A New Chapter…

Over the last year, we’ve been building Personality & to be a a community, conversation space, and movement that helps people lead more fulfilling lives by understanding themselves.

And this next chapter feels like everything we’ve been working toward.

I’m publicly claiming my vision for an app: a self-awareness companion powered by AI.

It will live at the intersection of psychology, technology, and community. A place where your inner world is not just heard, but held. Where growth feels personal, because it is!

This app will:

• Ask you the right questions at the right time

• Reflect patterns in how you’re thinking, feeling, and moving through the world

• Support intentional self-development with insights, prompts, and nudges rooted in who you actually are

It will be warm. Introspective. Grounded. Just like everything we’ve built so far.

If you’ve ever said, “I know I’m meant to live on purpose, I just don’t know where to start,” this is for you.

Recalibration

Personality & started as my way of rejecting the unhealthy isolation I often found myself in while trying to discover and develop the woman I’ve always wanted to become.

From the very beginning, P& has been rooted in the belief that self-development should be done together — that community, conversation, and reflection with others can accelerate our growth. And I still believe that deeply. I’m so proud of what we’re creating: tools, moments, and experiences that support self-awareness in a world that desperately needs it.

But what I’ve come to realize in these past few weeks — as I’ve been recalibrating behind the scenes — is that growth doesn’t come from isolation but it doesn’t come 100% from community either. There’s an undeniable, beautiful tension between the two. And I think we’ve been missing the opportunity to name and honor that balance.

Just being real with you — this is my first business. And it's so intertwined with my personal journey that as I go through my own ebbs and flows, so does Personality &. What once started as a platform to reject isolation is now evolving into one that honors intentional community and the quiet, independent process of becoming.

So I’m using this moment — this note — as a reframing. A reset. A way of honoring the multiple, necessary methods of self-discovery. Not just for me, but for you, and for the space we’re building together.
